Responsibilities
To drive digital development for Onboarding & Consumer Finance in digibank. Delivering the project to ensure customer's JTBD is fullfilled.
To understand customer's JTBD to ensure the delivery of relevant digital journeys.
To ensure the digital journeys to be delivered in the timeline manner with superior journey.
To ensure the delivery of the digital journey would be aligned with overall bank's strategy.
To ensure the digital journey to answer customer's JTBD.
To manage the cost of delivery to be within the budget.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years working experience.
Bachelor degree from reputable university.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work under pressure.
Have strategic thinking, good decision making and problem solving.
Tech Savvy, have updated view on the technology & customers solutions.
Discipline, structured and organized in managing the timeline.
