Manufacturing Account Executive

About the role As a Manufacturing Account Executive at PT Dinamika Polimerindo, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships within the manufacturing and logistics sectors. This full‑time position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, and offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in account management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive projects from RFQ to mass production with strong ownership of timeline, scope, and delivery commitments

Serve as the central coordinator across Customer, Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure seamless execution

Maintain proactive communication and structured project updates to customers

Lead coordination of new product development (NPD), including sampling milestones, mold progress, and approval processes

Anticipate project risks, address issues early, and elevate strategically when required

Ensure cross‑functional teams deliver according to agreed timelines and standards

Handle customer concerns professionally while protecting company interests

Safeguard execution of commercial agreements and contractual commitments

Ensure smooth transition from sales to production to support operational efficiency

Qualification & Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or a similar role

Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred

Calm and emotionally stable under pressure

Highly organized, structured, and disciplined in managing tasks

Strong communicator and active listener (English is a plus)

Assertive yet diplomatic when handling customers and internal teams

Strong coordination and follow‑up skills, comfortable working cross‑functionally

Basic understanding of engineering drawings is an advantage

Familiar with project tracking tools and Microsoft Excel
