Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial solutions and exceptional customer service Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored investment, wealth management, and banking products to meet their financial goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions and ensure a seamless client experience Actively participate in client events and networking activities to expand the client base and strengthen the bank's presence in the local community Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and market trends to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective client relationship management and business development strategies

Requirements Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or wealth management industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address client financial needs Proficient in the use of financial analysis tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization
