Job Responsibilities

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer needs

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs

Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD modules

Identify gaps, issues, and workarounds

Act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and resolve software problems

Handle changes or emergency transports for high-priority issues

Document functional designs, test cases, and results

Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements

Provide consulting services for new implementations and support projects

Coordinate between business functions and technical teams

Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed

Work independently and may mentor junior team members

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

At least 4 years of experience with SAP SD modules

Experience in designing functional specifications for programs and reports

SAP Module certification is preferable

Good knowledge of SAP functional areas, implementation, and modules

Strong communication and analytical skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

Experience in professional services or distribution companies is a plus

Understanding of accounting business processes

Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective

Teamwork skills and effective communication
