Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Regulation Specialist

to ensure our product portfolio complies with all Indonesian regulatory standards. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our company and government bodies (BPOM, BPJPH), leading the charge to secure necessary distribution permits (NIE) and facility certifications to ensure our products reach the market without delay.

Responsibilities

BPOM Registration:

Manage the end-to-end registration process for both new and existing products to obtain and renew Distribution Permit Numbers (Nomor Izin Edar/NIE).

Facility Certification:

Lead and execute the application and maintenance of essential facility certifications, specifically

CPPOB

(Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik) and

GMP .

Halal Compliance:

Oversee the Halal certification process (SJH) with BPJPH/LPH to ensure all products meet Halal standards.

Risk & Safety Management:

Implement and monitor

SMKPO

(Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Pangan Olahan) and

PMR

(Program Manajemen Risiko) to ensure continuous compliance and audit readiness.

Regulatory Monitoring:

Stay updated on the latest regulations from BPOM and other relevant authorities to advise the R&D and Production teams on compliance requirements.

Audit Management:

Prepare documents for and host external audits from regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Food & Beverage sector.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of BPOM e-Registration systems (e-Reg RBA).

Proven track record in handling

Halal ,

CPPOB/GMP ,

SMKPO , and

PMR .

Excellent attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with government officials.
