Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage tax strategies to ensure compliance with state and local regulations. Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate income taxes, sales taxes, and other related filings. Conduct tax research and stay updated on new tax laws and regulations affecting the organization. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective tax planning. Provide guidance and support for tax audits and manage relationships with external tax advisors. Implement and monitor internal controls and tax policies to minimize risk and optimize tax efficiencies.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in tax management or a related role, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations., 3+ years in managerial level. Fluent in English. Proven track record of successful tax planning and compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. Available to join immediately. Able to follow WFO setting.
