Job Description Get to know the Team

We're a team of passionate, fun-loving, highly‑driven individuals with varied backgrounds that support a common mission: building Grab's faster, better, and efficient features to roll out instantly. Mainly based in Singapore, Grab_ team members are distributed across multiple countries across many initiatives to produce features that touches everyday lives of millions across S.E. Asia.

Get to know the Role

You'll manage a range of sophisticated cross‑functional projects from start to finish across a wide set of topics—mainly about how Grab serves businesses throughout SEA. You will work with stakeholders to make plans, identify risks, handle projects, and explain all projects across the company. As a TPM, you're connecting engineers with business teams by working with all parts of Grab's online and offline operations to ship new features that touch millions daily. Your aim is to accelerate, build teams, reduce unnecessary inefficiencies and efficient processes. You report to the senior leader on senior TPM. The full-time is based on-site in Jakarta.

The day‑to‑day activities:

Program steer: manage timelines, define milestones, track progress, identify errs, clear impediments Collaborate with teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, QA to ensure program success. Lead communication to unite engineering organizations on challenging programs. Coach teams on tools and methods that match usage. Drive roadmap planning and prioritization. Look for ways to help teams and the small improve how it delivers.

Qualifications Skills you need

5 to 8 yrs project work experience in agile. A background, results are in the project business or in technical leadership, complemented by strong organization and interpersonal skills on Grab main environment. Ability to run execution and get outputs via learning leaders and cross‑team. Expertise in forced in a fast move environment where they comfort, decision and description of priorities.
