Tax Manager

Responsibilities Review and analyze tax docs and financial reports to ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage and review monthly tax compliance (WHT 23/26, 4(2), VAT) for multiple entities across different business sectors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Handle tax litigation with tax office, tax court, etc. (including but not limited to correspondences, audit, objection, appeal, and due diligence).

Lead the preparation and reconciliation of Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Returns, ensuring all required attachments are complete and accurate.

Provide technical tax support in business model discussions to ensure compliance and highlight potential tax risks, referring strategic matters.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams to support the execution of tax strategies.

Develop and maintain tax plans, compliance procedures, and risk assessment frameworks.

Oversee and manage the filing of tax returns (income tax, GST, etc.).

Identify, track, and report financial risks, working with accounting teams on solutions.

Advise internal stakeholders on financial issues, including tax implications of decisions.

Stay updated on tax laws and regulations in Indonesia, identifying potential risks or opportunities.

Act as the main point of contact for tax-related matters.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

8+ years of hands‑on tax experience, preferably in Forestry or Plantation industries.

Excellent in English, fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Having License of Tax Attorney at Indonesian Tax Court.

Proficiency in tax applications such as e‑Faktur, SPT Unifikasi, e‑Form, Coretax.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, CIT, and Withholding Tax.

Managing multiple relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Willing to do business trip.
