Has experience as API Developer / API Support

Preferably graduated in Information Technology / Informatics Systems / or other IT-related fields

Experienced in

Application Support and B2B projects , especially involving

system integration and API usage

Understanding of

REST API, JSON, Web Services, API documentation, and Postman

is an advantage

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (error log, API response, database)

Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients/vendors)

Good communication skills and able to work in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities

Handle

application support , including investigation, issue analysis, and incident resolution based on SLA

Manage and support

B2B project implementation , including coordination with clients/vendors

Perform

system integration using API

(REST/JSON/XML) and ensure end-to-end integration processes run smoothly

Conduct

API testing

using tools such as Postman and prepare related testing documentation

Create and maintain

technical documentation

regarding system integration and application configuration

Monitor application services to ensure system stability and availability

Collaborate with developers for any required application fixes or enhancements

Provide

technical guidance or training

to internal teams or external parties regarding system/API workflows
