This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development at PT Solid Gold Jakarta in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Management Trainee will be involved in day-to-day operations, learning about commodity futures trading, assisting in managing client accounts, and supporting senior management in various tasks.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers

Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (all major)

Program Management and Analytical Skills

Communication and Training skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Willing to work at Central Jakarta
