KOL Specialist / Affiliate Management

Responsibilities Find and build relationships with KOLs/Affiliators to attract customer attention to the sales of our Home Appliances / Home Living / Gadget Accessories categories on the Tiktok platform. Conduct briefings on selling points (product knowledge) with KOLs/Affiliators. Guide (brief) KOLs/Affiliator to create engaging Live Streaming/video content to increase product sales revenue. Monitor and assess the performance of each KOLs/Affiliator based on the agreed targets for video creation/Live Streaming. Maintain the relationship between the company and KOLs/Affiliator.

Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as an end-to-end KOL Relation/KOL Specialist/Affiliate Specialist from Tiktok platform. Stay updated with trends in video content on social media/e-commerce marketplaces. Have extensive connections with KOLs/Affiliators. Creative, communicative, and able to work towards targets for the number of KOLs/Affiliators collaborating with the company. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willing to work in Damoci (Daan Mogot City), West Jakarta
