Leasing Executive (Mall)

About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Mall professional to join our team at PT Bukit Muria Jaya Estate in Karawang, West Java (RESINDA PARK MALL). As a Leasing Mall, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the leasing of our Mall. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Proactively manage and maintain the occupancy rates of our commercial properties by securing new tenants and renewing existing leases

Negotiate lease terms and conditions to ensure the best outcomes for the company and our tenants

Liaise with current and prospective tenants to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategic leasing plans

Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our commercial properties

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate the performance and status of the leasing portfolio

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market conditions, and best practices to enhance the company's leasing strategy

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Mall leasing or a related field

Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven track record of successful lease agreements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

Analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and make data‑driven decisions

Familiarity with the Mall market in the Karawang region and knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends

Proficient in using real‑estate‑related software and tools for property management, lease tracking, and reporting

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Willing to work on‑site and occasionally on weekends, depending on mall activities
