Role Summary
The Regional BD Manager responsible for:
Winning new clients (insurers/TPAs/assistance companies, brokers, select large employers), and
Expanding existing partner accounts (renewals, scope expansion, cross-sell),
While contributing to provider network growth as a supporting priority.
This is a commercial leadership role for someone who can build a regional BD plan, propose a pricing approach (with Company Director approval), and consistently close—while being based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities
New Business (Primary):
Build and execute a regional BD plan with a strong emphasis on Indonesia, then broader SEA.
Prospect, develop, and close partnerships with insurers, TPAs, assistance companies, brokers/EB consultants, and select self-insured corporates.
Own the full sales cycle: discovery → solutioning → proposal → commercial negotiation → contract close → handover.
Account Growth (Primary):
Grow revenue from existing partners through renewals, service expansion, and deeper integration.
Build senior stakeholder relationships (e.g., Head of Claims, Head of Provider Network, COO/Operations, Medical Director).
Commercial & Pricing (Primary; with approval):
Propose and iterate packaging and pricing models (e.g., retainer / per-member / per-case) based on market realities and deal economics.
Prepare business cases and secure approvals from the Company Director for pricing and deal terms.
Provider Network Enablement (Secondary priority):
Partner with internal teams to support provider network access needs tied to client wins (coverage gaps, SLAs, onboarding priorities).
Team Leadership:
Lead a small team (~3 people) and set weekly execution cadence: pipeline reviews, account plans, and close plans.
Coach on outreach, qualification, stakeholder mapping, proposal discipline, and closing.

Requirements
Personally closed B2B contracts with insurers/TPAs/assistance companies (end-to-end, signed) in the last 24–36 months.
Established relationships with key decision-makers in the target industries (BD/Claims/Operations/Provider Network leadership).
Strong Indonesia market experience and active buyer relationships (Jakarta network strongly preferred).
Domain experience in medical assistance, provider networks, case management, and/or evacuation (or closely adjacent healthcare assistance services).
Experience leading a small team.
Strong commercial writing and negotiation skills (proposals, term sheets, deal narratives).
Not a suitable fit for:
Candidates whose experience is mainly SaaS BD without insurer/TPA/assistance deals.
Candidates who have not personally closed deals end-to-end (lead gen/support only).
Candidates who are looking for a marketing-heavy role rather than hunting, negotiating, and closing.
Candidates who have not sold into Indonesia (or don’t have an Indonesia buyer network).
