Deputy Manager - Operations

Responsibilities

Support daily operational and administrative activities of the Visa Application Centre.

Assist in document verification, data accuracy, and process compliance.

Coordinate documents handling, logistics, and customer flow.

Conduct quality checks and support error monitoring to reduce monthly mistakes.

Assist in audits, process rollouts, and adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and VFS policies.

Help improve customer satisfaction through efficient procedures.

Track turnaround times and ensure timely completion of applications.

Support team training, development, and certification processes.

Handle staff assistance, customer escalations, and coordination with support functions.

Contribute to Value-Added Services achievement and VAC productivity/security.

Mentor staff and support succession planning alongside the Manager.
