Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Oversee your team and support them in meeting their goals Responsible for other tasks that are assigned by the superior Job Requirements
