Finance Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our finance team onsite in Purbalingga. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization in maintaining financial health. You will work closely with other departments to provide accurate financial insights and contribute to strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance who is committed to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to track expenses and control budgets effectively. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend financial strategies to enhance efficiency. Ensure timely submission of all required financial and regulatory reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience as a Finance Specialist, Accountant, or in a similar financial role. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
