Overview of the Role

The Business & Data Science Analyst serves as a key strategic partner, driving decision-making through data-driven insights. You'll analyze business and operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose changes to core processes while collaborating closely with leadership and multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyzing business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Proposing changes and optimizations to key business processes based on data analysis. - Developing proactive analyses and responding to data requests from the Board. - Building reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making. - Collaborating with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and R&D teams. - Ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across different business areas.

Requirements:

- Experience: Background in business analysis, controlling, data analysis, or related role. - Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional business teams. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Communication: Strong skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Language: Advanced proficiency in English.
