Responsibilities

Contribute to business planning, performance monitoring, and strategic analysis initiatives Conduct cost evaluation, financial analysis, and drive operational improvement initiatives Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic and improvement projects Develop analytical reports and strategic insights to support management decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, IT, Mechanical Engineering (Automation), Costing/Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field Fluent in English is must High learning agility and strong interest in business and strategic analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply Demonstrates strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Work Environment (HSWE) as a top priority Willing to be placed in Serpong, South Tangerang
