The TAM duties will include devising a named Key Accounts sales plan, managing relationships with targeted key account clients, and maintaining in-depth account profiles on key account clients. On top of that, having Enterprise Building + Data Centre solution knowledge and the capability to build solution proposals for network connectivity solutions will be a plus point for this TAM position.

To ensure success as a territory account manager, he/she should be adaptive at market research and skilled in forming long‑lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with the named key account clients and their partner ecosystem, for long‑term sales success in the company.

Responsibilities

Setting and communicating sales targets that promote long‑term incremental sales growth within a set of named focus end‑user accounts.

Developing and executing evidence‑based sales plans to meet the pre‑set annual sales target.

Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with top named key account clients and their partner ecosystem.

Traveling to businesses to conduct sales presentations, understand customer current practices, and propose solutions or improvement proposals with the available product solutions from the company.

Resolving clients' concerns in a timely and amicable manner.

Maintaining detailed account profile records of key accounts.

Presenting in‑depth reports to the director of sales and other stakeholders, as required.

Conducting regular market research to maintain an updated knowledge of clients' needs and competitors' activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields is recommended.

Strong experience in managing end‑user accounts in FSI, Colo, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Government segments.

Experience in structured cabling systems, enterprise network connectivity, and Data Center solutions is an advantage.

Strong consultative selling and solution proposal skills based on customer requirements.

A proven history of meeting sales targets.

Proficiency in customer relationship management software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.

Ability to build long‑lasting professional relationships.

A self‑driven approach to work.
