Senior Sales Assistant

Position : Senior Sales Assistant LABOUTIK – Bali

LABOUTIK is not a typical retail store. We curate directional designers, limited pieces, and brands that don’t sit quietly on a rack. Our clients are collectors, creatives, tastemakers — and they expect to be understood, not “sold to.”

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Assistant who doesn’t just assist sales — but drives them.

This role is for someone who:

Understands luxury retail psychology Knows how to build long-term client relationships Can close high-value transactions with confidence Reads body language better than a script Feels ownership over targets, not pressure

You should be comfortable handling brands that require storytelling and context — from avant-garde tailoring to artisanal accessories. If you know how to translate design language into desire, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Building and maintaining a strong client database Managing VIP clients and personal shopping experiences Styling clients with confidence and authority Supporting stock movement and sell-through strategy Acting as a leader on the floor — setting energy and standards

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3–4 years experience in premium or luxury retail Strong closing skills with measurable sales performance Professional presence and communication skills Initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do Deep interest in fashion, design, and contemporary culture

Bonus if you:

Have experience with high-end designer brands Understand KPI tracking and retail analytics Have built repeat clientele in previous roles
