Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary Manager Finance & Control – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports for management; conduct deep‑dive analysis against historical data and forecast; highlight key drivers and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and insight for a comprehensive understanding. Assist in developing financial models and scenarios for planning and decision‑making. Assist in automation and enhancement of dashboards and reports. Conduct performance analysis: margin, wastage, productivity, store profitability. Provide financial support for ongoing business initiatives and ad‑hoc projects. Prepare daily sales report for management. Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information System or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles.

Experience in retail/FMCG company is a plus; understand key retail business drivers such as sales mix, inventory turnover, store profitability.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; experience with

SAP, Hyperion

or other

ERP systems

is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent in English.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance function.
