Shift : Monday - Friday (8.30 AM - 17.30 AM)

Monthly Salary

IDR 5.000.000 – 5.500.000

What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and E-commerce platforms.

Educate customers on product details and help them find the right fit.

Drive sales through product recommendations, cross-selling, and clear, persuasive communication.

Handle complaints calmly and professionally, always aiming for quick, satisfying resolutions.

Ensure fast response times, clear explanations, and a helpful, respectful tone in every chat.
