Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist
A Graphic Designer & Social Media is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers through ATL & BTL design materials and social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts and managing brand image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
The Graphic Designer & Social Media will need to offer experience in an array of marketing communication strategies to include maintaining the established brand, lending graphic design skills to internal and external projects, strategizing and placing advertising and other design materials, and elevating the organization through digital marketing efforts. Works with the Brand, Sales, Marketing and other department and service line leaders to create, produce, and print collateral and materials as needed. This position requires multi-discipline talent and strength to include photography and social media savvy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.0
Minimum 2 year of working experience in related position
Expertise in design software with hands‑on photoshoot and design skill
Good sense of art, creative and innovative
Excellent communication in English, both oral and written
Strong organizational skills and good in managing multitasking jobs
Proactive, quick to learn and is a team player, with the confidence to lead and guide other departments
Artsy, creative and communicative
Copywriting and video editing skill will be an advantage
Responsibilities
Create and produce designs for marketing, operational and promotional purposes
Perform a photocall for event / marketing / PR event
Layouting, editing, and retouch photos and videos that produces high quality results
Responsible for photos and contents on social media, corporate websites, in-store POP and other design collaterals
Managing and growing social media account : creating original content, managing posts and responding to followers
Create and maintain social marketing promotion materials/graphics, editorial calendar and content for the social media platforms
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Coordinate and/or produce copywriting for marketing and communications materials
Other graphic, design and creative projects as necessary
