Fashion Designer & Production Lead

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee entire fashion design process, from concept development to final product.

Research and forecast fashion trends to keep collections innovative and relevant.

Develop design sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings to bring creative ideas to life.

Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and sales teams to create cohesive collections.

Select materials, fabrics, and accessories that align with brand aesthetics and quality standards.

Manage production processes, including sourcing, sampling, fitting, and quality control.

Collaborate with pattern makers and sample team to ensure proper garment construction and fit.

Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency (and visit them if needed).

Maintain quality standards across all production stages, from prototyping to final production.

Troubleshoot production issues and find solutions to meet design integrity and deadlines.

Ensure designs adhere to brand identity, customer needs, and business objectives.

Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging production techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in fashion design and production, preferably in retail.

Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and trend awareness.

Excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric selection.

Ability to manage production timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships.

Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide a team.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Passionate about fashion, trends, and delivering high‑quality products.

Willing to work from office in Cengkareng, Jakbar.
