CMO Staff (Credit Marketing Officer) , you will be responsible for acquiring credit customers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end credit processing to support our sales and financing growth. Requirements Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); a Diploma (D3) is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in credit marketing, leasing, or sales (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willing to work in the field, meet targets, and travel to prospective customer locations. Honest, disciplined, and customer-service oriented. Responsibilities Promote financing products to prospective customers and dealers. Conduct credit surveys, collect application data, and verify customer eligibility. Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, customers, and internal teams. Follow up on leads, ensure timely application processing, and assist customers throughout the credit process. Achieve monthly credit approval and disbursement targets in line with company goals.
