Requirement At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment with a supervisory or captain role. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, and food & beverage products. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent cash handling and cashiering skills, including POS operations, bill settlements, and payment processing. Have a good leadership skills and team player is critical.
