As a Chief Technology Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing a comprehensive

technology strategy

aligned with business goals.

Overseeing the technological infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Leading the technology team to deliver innovative solutions for the insurance industry.

Driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Ensuring data security, compliance, and risk management within the organisation.

Collaborating with other C-Suite executives

to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives.

Evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Managing technology budgets and optimising resource allocation effectively.

Developing team members and unlocking their true potential.

Ensuring that compliance are in place that are aligned with the local law and regional direction.

A successful Chief Technology Officer should have:

A strong background in technology leadership within Financial Services industry.

At least 15+ years of working experience in the technology space, with at least 8 years in leadership position.

Preferred background: banking / insurance / financial-technology.

Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies.

Experience in digital transformation and implementing innovative solutions.

Expertise in data security, compliance, and risk management practices.

Excellent leadership and collaboration skills within a C‑Suite environment.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
