Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Head of Sales role located in Sumatra Island. The Head of Sales will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals, and lead a dynamic sales team to deliver outstanding performance. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and optimizing sales processes. The role requires ensuring effective team management, working collaboratively with other departments, and consistently driving growth and success for the organization.
Qualifications
Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management skills
Proficiency in Team Management and fostering a collaborative environment
Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, customer insights, and sales data
Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder engagements
Experience in the property or real estate industry is highly valued
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
