Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (Screening until Onboarding)
Assist in maintaining employee data and documentation
Help organize HR activities
HR Administration
Manage Employee Relation
Contribute to daily HR operations and projects
Requirements
Experience min 2 year in Talent acquisition specialist (F&B is a plus)
Bachelor Degree with majoring in Psychology, Management, or related fields
Detail-oriented, proactive, initiative and detail person
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced workflow
