Job Description: 1. Conduct end to end recruitment process based on department needs2. Formulate training plans and improve the training system according to thecompany's development strategy3. Establish a complete performance appraisal system, organize andimplement performance appraisal work, and ensure accuracy4. Track and implement employee transfers and manage filing documentation5. Comply with labor regulations, handle employee relations, labor disputes, and arbitration disputes Job Requirements:1)Bachelor degree or Master Degree from any major2) Good English and Chinese Skill3) 3-5 years working experience as HR or related field4) Willing to work in Klapanunggal, Bogor5) Experienced in Manufacture or Automotive or Renewable Energy will be a plus
