Support the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist with employer branding and recruitment activities
Support basic HR administrative tasks
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Interested in recruitment and talent acquisition
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time well
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and job portals (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn)
Willing to work from the office in Jakarta
Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
