Senior Executive Tax

We are looking for a Senior Executive Tax to join our team at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP Fashion1) in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's taxation function.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing and reviewing tax returns and other tax documents to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

Providing tax planning and advisory services to the business, identifying opportunities for tax savings and efficient tax management.

Liaising with tax authorities and representing the company in tax audits and investigations.

Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations and advising the business accordingly.

Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate tax accounting and reporting.

Mentoring and training more junior members of the tax team.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in a tax advisory or compliance role, preferably within a large organisation or professional services firm.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other relevant taxes.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify tax planning opportunities and provide practical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non‑tax professionals.

Proven experience in tax compliance and reporting, including preparing tax returns and working with tax authorities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
