Job Description

Responsibilities

Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities

Responsible for effective onboarding of

New Customers

Able to hunt and approach ocean freight business

Find the right target customers in company-focused industries

Provide daily reports on level of competition and general market activities

Provide up-to-date information related to customer activities

Serve as an agent in the company with the aim of achieving budgeted sales

Understand customer supply chain, find pain points and sell the right solutions and demonstrate value to customers

Build good relationships with clients

Lead the marketing team to achieve target

Deliver consistently high standards of customer service

Organize records and files to track financial transactions

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager Freight Forwarding or Sales Shipping Line

Accustomed to working with target-based environments

Preferably specializing in Sales Freight Forwarding & Shipping Line with many relationships to customers

Able to lead the sales team and work in a team or independently

Preferably domiciled in Makassar
