Financial Reporting Staff (Fresh Graduate)

Job Responsibilities

Providing financial profitability & analysis to business partner (commercial and enabler)

Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget (LRP, yearly budgeting, and LE)

Providing the periodic performance of NPDs

Managing budget & actual discount & product expense spending and providing supporting analysis

Handling other supporting AdHoc requirements related to finance and budgeting

Supporting month‑end & year‑end closing (reporting & running allocation expense)

Providing budget remaining reports by daily & month‑end closing

Assisting with budget yearly upload

Job Requirements

Support the preparation and compilation of data budget, LE & LRP from gross sales, net sales up to the IFO level

Prepare P&L by brand for the commercial business partner

Provide product expense reports by brand and activity on a monthly basis

Provide marketing expense reports to the commercial & distribution teams

Provide periodic performance reports of NPDs

Company Overview PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk ("Darya‑Varia" or "the Company") is a long‑established pharmaceutical company in Indonesia that first commenced operations in 1976. After becoming a public company in 1994, it acquired PT Pradja Pharin (Prafa) in 1995 and proceeded to develop a wide range of prescription and consumer health products. In July 2014, Darya‑Varia merged with Prafa.

Darya‑Varia operates two world‑class manufacturing facilities, one in Gunung Putri and one in Citeureup, Bogor, both ASEAN cGMP certified. The plants focus on manufacturing the Company’s own brands and on toll manufacturing for national and multinational principals, for local and export markets.

The Cast: Gunung Putri specializes in soft gelatin capsules and liquid products; Citeureup concentrates on sterile injections and solids. The Company also toll manufactures with its affiliate, PT Medifarma Laboratories, at the Cimanggis Plant in Depok. In 2013, the Company obtained halal certification for NATUR‑E and HOBAT Capsules, marking the first halal‑certified supplement for a pharmaceutical firm in Indonesia.

Currently, 92.66% of Darya‑Varia shares are owned by Blue Sphere Singapore Pte. Ltd. (BSSPL), an affiliate of United Laboratories, Inc. (Unilab). Unilab, the Philippines' largest pharmaceutical company, has a large network of Asian affiliates across Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, Cambodia and China.
