About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounting MD Gallery Jakarta to join our team at PT Central Desain Indonesia, a leading design and construction company based in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting for our MD Gallery division. This is a crucial position that will have a direct impact on the overall financial success of the company.

What you'll be doing

Manage all accounting functions for the MD Gallery division, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting

Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making

Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting or Finance

8+ years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably in the construction or design industry

Strong technical accounting skills, with a deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of accounting professionals

Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred
