Responsibilities

Assist the Live Streaming Operator Manager in creating and implementing live‑streaming plans and content.

Participate in product selection and broadcast scheduling.

Publish live‑streaming previews and help create short video content for promotion.

Demonstrate products from our e‑commerce platform during live broadcasts, answer audience inquiries, provide recommendations, and guide viewers through the purchasing process.

Engage with fans, increase fan activity, boost loyalty and numbers, and enhance viewership to achieve sales goals.

Respond to audience queries during live streams, build fan relationships, and increase engagement.

Improvise during broadcasts, manage pacing of product introductions, and maintain high engagement.

Summarize issues and provide feedback to optimize content.

Be accountable for follower growth and sales on assigned channels, assisting the e‑commerce team in achieving sales targets.

Continuously learn industry knowledge, absorb techniques from top performers, and optimize live‑streaming content.

Qualifications

Familiar with e‑commerce live‑streaming structures and rules, understand new advertising laws, strong communication skills, quick thinking, ability to handle pressure, fluent in standard Mandarin, sensitive and responsive, and possess strong logical thinking and initiative.

Skilled at capturing hot topics and possess strong product presentation and communication skills.

Excellent at pacing, strong service orientation, and capable of crowd control and on‑air abilities.

Previous experience in e‑commerce live‑streaming, hosting, modeling, hand modeling, or sales‑related roles is preferred.

Familiarity with TikTok e‑commerce live‑streaming rules is a plus.

Willingness to consider candidates without experience if they are passionate, energetic, and possess strong presentation and communication skills.
