Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work progresses according to the approved plan, coordinate closely with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and monitor work progress, quality control, and safety compliance on-site. Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders by providing regular updates, ensure timely reporting of progress, delays, or issues, optimize the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials, track deliveries and logistics to prevent project delays, and support the turnover and handover process upon project completion.

Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction coordination, preferably in mining Strong knowledge of mining infrasturcture, construction methods, material and safety regulations Experience working in remote or challenging environments Excellent communication and organizational skill Experience in project management software
