Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site position for a Production Supervisor located in Batam, Indonesia. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising production staff, managing schedules, coordinating resources, monitoring equipment functionality, and troubleshooting issues promptly. This role requires effective communication with team members, quality assurance teams, and management to ensure production targets and company standards are met.

Qualifications

Leadership and supervisory skills, including team management and performance monitoring

Experience in production planning, workflow coordination, and resource management

Knowledge of quality control and safety compliance standards in manufacturing

Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, including identifying and addressing production issues effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams, stakeholders, or management

Technical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in manufacturing or production supervision will be an advantage
