Security Guard

to join our fast-growing team! Basic Salary: Rp. 3,534,338 / month. Full coverage under BPJS Health and BPJS Employment will be provided. Working 6 (six) days with 1 (one) day off each week, with shifts 12 hours a day. Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, or as scheduled. Responsibilities

Patrol villa grounds and surrounding areas regularly throughout the night to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. Monitor entrances, exits, and perimeters to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Keep detailed records of shift activities in the security logbook, including patrol times, incidents, and observations. Immediately report any suspicious behavior, emergencies, or security breaches to the Villa Supervisor and Management. Investigate disturbances calmly and professionally. Report any maintenance needs. Greet guests and vendors arriving at night with courtesy, verifying identity or appointments (occasionally) Monitor CCTV (if available) and ensure camera coverage is unobstructed. Ensure all entry points (doors, gates, windows) are secured during non-operating hours. Assist in quieting down noise or disturbances during late hours, ensuring peaceful surroundings for guests. Remain alert and awake at all times; sleeping during the shift is strictly prohibited. Requirements

Previous experience in security or night guard roles. Ability to stay alert and vigilant during long night hours. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Calm under pressure, professional and trustworthy. Physically fit and able to patrol large property areas. Honest, reliable, and committed to ensuring guest safety.
