Air Freight & Sea Freight Customer Service (Freight Forwarding)

About the role We are seeking an experienced Air Freight & Sea Freight Customer Service professional to join our team at PT. Dayaguna Maritim Cargotama' in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time role that will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued air freight clients.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely, accurate and efficient service

Coordinating air freight shipments and managing all aspects of the customer experience

Identifying and resolving customer issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to all customer interactions and air freight shipments

Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of air freight services

Continuously looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role within the air freight & sea freight industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service

Proficient in using relevant air freight, sea freight and logistics management software and systems

Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to the overall success of the organization
