Budget & Finance Analyst (Property Industry)

Budget & Finance Analyst (Property Industry) Prepare, review, and analyze financial and management reports on a timely basis.

Develop, manage, and forecast the Company’s annual and five-year budgets and business plans.

Monitor and control actual spending against approved budgets and report variances to management and the Board of Directors.

Conduct feasibility studies and financial viability analyses for new and ongoing projects.

Perform financial analysis to support strategic planning and management decision-making.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial data with applicable standards and internal policies.

Collaborate with internal departments to support budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and budgeting

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Systems

Strong skills in financial reporting, taxation, and financial analysis

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and well organized

High integrity and professionalism

Strong communication and coordination skills
