Job Description

The Traffic Admin will support the traffic function by registering and monitoring tasks handled by the MarCom team. This role is also responsible for managing and tracking budget utilization, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Register and track all incoming and ongoing tasks within the MarCom team. Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met. Manage and update budget records related to marketing communications activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and task completion. Prepare simple reports regarding task status and budget usage when needed.

Job Requirements

Strong ability to follow up on tasks and ensure completion in a timely manner. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Educational background preferably in Management or Accounting. 1–3 years of working experiences (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
