Lingua Learn is currently offering franchise agreements in target regions with significant growth potential, allowing individuals to own virtual language schools with the training and support of a multinational organisation.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Franchise Business Consultant. However, the successful candidate will be required to live in Bali as monthly/weekly Management meetings will be required face to face. The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of franchise locations, providing management consulting and support to franchisees, and ensuring profitability through effective business planning and P&L management.

Qualifications

Business Planning and Operations Management skills

Experience or knowledge in Franchising

Presentation skills (being able to present to clients professionally in English)

Management Consulting expertise

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in the education or language industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
