QA/QC Engineer - Vale Pomalaa

Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within EPC department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.>

Job Responsibilities

Execute guidelines and directive for QA/QC aspects in order to achieve its objective.

Execute, monitor, and improve QA/QC aspects.

Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department, company, and community, with a responsible attitude for every work assigned.

Establish, review, and communicate timely reports and work reports related.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including identifying, mitigating, and monitoring SHE risk, and the SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness of programs according to official standards, requirements, and procedures.

SHE Management System meets ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Min. 1 year previous experience in Construction QA/QC execution with comprehensive knowledge of QA/QC practice in construction and operation.

Preferably having familiarity and experience with QA/QC implementation in oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector.

Full comprehensive knowledge of Quality Management System, ISO 91 and implementation.

Good knowledge in Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balanced Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.

Thorough understanding of Document Management System.

Team worker and ability to organize people.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
