Store Manager HARSALOKA Coffee Shop

Responsibilities

Ensure all locations comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Create and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Organize Barista shift schedules and ensure timely input of inventory reports.

Achieve sales targets by empowering the store team.

Training new Baristas and conduct internal training for the team.

Analyze inventory and sales reports.

Conduct store visits and ensure equipment is functioning properly.

Requirements

Preferably Store Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

2+ years of retail experience managing 5++ stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.

2+ years of management experience leading a team of 100 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Demonstrate Strong business, organizational, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Flexible and open to change in a fast-moving and dynamic industry.
