to join their leadership team. This pivotal role will focus on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and aligning cross-functional processes with the hospital's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in business process optimization, a solid understanding of hospital operations, and a proven track record of working closely with senior leadership to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and optimize clinical and non-clinical processes to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Develop and implement standardized workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics across departments. Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, ISO), and internal policies. Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to align process strategies with organizational objectives. Build a culture of continuous improvement through training and stakeholder engagement. Monitor KPIs and present actionable insights and progress reports to the executive team. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum 7-10 years of experience in process management, operational strategy, or business improvement, preferably within the healthcare sector. Proven success in leading large-scale transformation projects and working with executive-level stakeholders. Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills. Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent expertise is highly desirable.
