Account Manager / Sales B2B for IT Distribution Division (Project) All interview processes are conducted offline at Harrisma Group office address. Account Manager / Sales B2B for IT Distribution Division (Project) :

Sales role focused on selling IT products within the Project Division.

Responsible for identifying new projects, developing and managing key accounts, maintaining long‑term relationships with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities.

Main Duties :

Find and manage new customers or end-users (B2B), selling IT project products (tender or direct) for the product and solution division.

Create and execute sales and marketing strategy.

Meet, present, visit, negotiate, and deal with new customers – a must.

Negotiate, tender and communicate (new customers and/or partners or principals) to achieve assigned quarterly target of gross profit.

Build and manage overall customer relationships and serve as primary contact.

Grow existing customers, generate new coverage and customer base.

Achieve sales through direct sales to end users.

Act as key interface between customers and all relevant divisions.

Sales target oriented, aggressive & initiative.

Requirements :

Own vehicle (motor/car) and laptop are required.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales project IT product.

Own database/customer list coverage from existing network (end‑user/project).

Strong background and experience in tender process and creating projects from beginning to end.

Able to communicate in English (both oral and written) – active; Mandarin – passive.

Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, internet, etc.).

Can work independently as well as within a team and self‑motivated.

Willing to work in West Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area (Head Office) and ready for business trips outside Jabodetabek for projects.
