Outlet Accountant

Outlet Accountant Key Responsibilities

Record, reconcile, and report all financial transactions, sales, and monthly statements accurately and on time.

Support year-end financial reporting, audits, and compliance with company policies.

Monitor revenues and expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and cost control measures.

Manage inventory processes, including ordering, receiving, storage (FIFO), and stock reconciliation.

Maintain accurate cash records, oversee petty cash, and ensure proper cash flow management.

Implement and uphold internal financial controls to ensure compliance and prevent discrepancies.

Act as the liaison between outlet management and HQ Finance, providing financial support and training.

Perform ad‑hoc financial tasks and contribute to strategic and performance improvement initiatives.
