About the Role:
We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced
Amazon Operations and Demand Manager
who will own inventory planning and logistics execution end to end.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks like an owner - not just pulling reports, but understanding what the numbers mean and acting on them. You will be responsible for keeping products in stock, costs controlled, and data clean, while proactively identifying risks before they impact sales.
This is a
Part-Time remote
role with the potential to grow into a full-time position within 2-3 months based on performance and business needs.
We are looking for an Amazon Operations and Demand Manager specifically with these requirements:
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong inventory forecasting and demand planning experience.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (mandatory).
Advanced Google Sheets skills with large datasets.
Comfort working with suppliers and freight partners (primarily China-based).
Ability to work within mandatory overlapping hours.
High level of ownership and accountability.
Confident decision-maker who flags risks early and proposes solutions.
Ability to build, maintain, and refine repeatable systems.
Ethical mindset .
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
Build and maintain forward-looking inventory forecasts based on velocity, seasonality, lead times, and buffers.
Own inventory health: prevent stockouts, overstock, stranded, and aged inventory.
Pull, analyze, and reconcile Amazon Seller Central reports (sales, inventory, inbound, receiving).
Plan purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers on production timelines and delays.
Manage inbound logistics and freight coordination to Amazon warehouses.
Maintain clean, centralized reporting systems in Google Sheets.
Identify risks early and propose mitigation plans before issues impact sales.
Communicate clearly with the founder on risks, decisions, and next steps.
Continuously improve forecasting models, reporting accuracy, and operational processes.
