Corporate Legal Executive

About The Role As part of Seven Retail Group's Corporate Legal team, you will play a key role in supporting various business units by ensuring legal compliance, preparing essential documentation, and providing sound legal insight. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals passionate about corporate and commercial law.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and prepare a wide range of legal documents for internal and external use related to the Group’s business activities and corporate transactions.

Provide day‑to‑day legal support to business units, including conducting legal research, preparing legal memos or advice, and assisting in due diligence processes.

Participate in meetings, negotiations, and legal reviews as required.

Ensure all business practices are aligned with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Strong command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).

Solid analytical and logical thinking abilities.

Good understanding of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and Company Law (UU Perseroan Terbatas).
